The Challenge
A growth-stage startup came to us with a clear but demanding brief: their existing ad creatives and email templates were generating traffic but failing to convert. Their visual assets lacked cohesion across Facebook, Google, and Instagram, and their email campaigns felt generic — visually disconnected from the brand and strategically misaligned with the purchase journey. The challenge was not simply aesthetic. The client needed designs rooted in user behavior and conversion logic, built to perform under the pressure of paid media spend and A/B testing environments. With a lean internal team and an aggressive growth timeline, there was no margin for guesswork.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this engagement as a conversion design problem, not a visual refresh. The team began by auditing the client's existing creative library against their funnel data — identifying where users were dropping off and which design elements were failing to communicate value at critical decision points. From there, the work moved into systematic creative production across three interconnected layers.
For paid social and search, the team designed a suite of ad creatives tailored to platform-specific dimensions and audience segments on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display. Each creative was built with a defined visual hierarchy — leading with the hook, supporting with proof, and closing with a clear, action-oriented CTA. For email, the team developed a set of modular, persuasion-mapped templates designed to move leads through nurture sequences toward conversion. Templates were built to be reusable, on-brand, and structured to support personalization at scale. Alongside these deliverables, the team also developed A/B-testable CTA variants for landing pages, giving the client's growth team the assets they needed to run structured experiments without waiting on design resources.
Throughout the process, close collaboration with the client's content team ensured that every visual decision reinforced the brand's messaging framework and tone.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a full creative system spanning platform-ready ad creatives, conversion-optimized email templates, and a library of testable CTA components — all aligned to a single brand standard. Within the first campaign cycle, the client reported a 40% increase in conversion rates across their primary paid channels and email sequences. The modular template system reduced their design dependency for future campaigns, allowing the internal team to iterate faster without sacrificing consistency. The work gave the client not just assets, but a repeatable design infrastructure built for sustained performance.
If your paid media or email performance is being held back by underperforming creative, Helion360 builds conversion-centric design systems that translate directly into measurable results.
