The Challenge
A designer preparing to launch their own creative studio came to us at a pivotal moment — they had raw concepts, initial sketches, and a collection of existing design files, but lacked the execution capacity to turn those scattered assets into a cohesive, professional-grade portfolio and marketing presence. The challenge was not simply about aesthetics; it required translating rough ideas into interactive, clickable Figma prototypes, producing polished website mockups, adapting designs across multiple templates, and providing strategic creative feedback — all while preserving the designer's individual voice and vision. Doing this well demanded fluency across Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop simultaneously, with a high standard of craft at every stage.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing all existing design files to identify what could be elevated, what needed to be rebuilt, and where gaps existed in the overall narrative. Existing designs were brought into Figma and transformed into fully interactive prototypes with logical user flows, hover states, and navigable screen sequences — giving the client tangible, shareable assets to demonstrate their studio's capabilities to prospective clients. In parallel, detailed mockups were produced for the studio's website and key marketing materials, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint. Where existing designs needed to fit new templates or formats, the team adapted them thoughtfully rather than simply resizing, preserving design intent across contexts. Throughout the process, written and visual feedback was provided on the client's sketches and early concepts, helping sharpen the creative direction before committing to final executions.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a complete set of launch-ready design assets: interactive Figma prototypes showcasing the studio's design thinking, polished website mockups reflecting a strong and distinctive visual identity, and adapted marketing collateral ready for immediate use. The client left the project with a portfolio and brand presence that credibly represented a professional design business — not a work in progress. The interactive prototypes in particular gave the studio a compelling demonstration tool for early client conversations, turning static ideas into immersive experiences that communicated design competence at a glance.
Helion360 works with creative founders and studios at every stage of the launch process, turning scattered concepts and early-stage files into refined, presentation-ready design systems.
