The Challenge
The client was in the middle of a brand modernisation effort and needed two existing logos converted from their original raster or hand-drawn formats into clean, production-ready vector files. The complexity here was not simply technical — it was about preserving brand equity while ensuring the resulting assets could scale infinitely without quality loss across digital platforms, print collateral, and future brand applications. Legacy logos often carry years of brand recognition, meaning any deviation in shape, proportion, or colour during digitisation could undermine consistency. The tight one-week turnaround added further pressure to deliver precision work within a fast-moving project timeline.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a thorough review of both source logos to assess their current condition, identifying areas where lines were inconsistent, curves were rough, or proportions were uneven relative to the intended design. Rather than simply tracing the existing artwork automatically, the team rebuilt each logo path by path using professional vector tooling, ensuring that anchor points were clean, curves were mathematically smooth, and all shapes were properly closed and grouped. Colour values were matched precisely using hex and Pantone references where applicable. Each logo was organised into clearly labelled layers, with separate components isolated for flexibility, and the final files were exported in multiple vector formats to support the broadest possible range of use cases.
The Outcome
Both logos were delivered as fully scalable vector assets within the agreed deadline. The final files were structured for immediate deployment across digital platforms including websites, social media, and digital advertising, as well as for high-resolution print use. The client received clean, layered source files that could be handed directly to any designer or developer without requiring additional cleanup or rework.
