The Challenge
A growth-stage startup needed to build a consistent, recognizable presence on LinkedIn — fast. They were producing content across multiple formats simultaneously: profile and page banners, sponsored ad creatives, and supporting blog post images. The complexity was not simply in the volume of assets required, but in the lack of a unified visual language to tie them all together. Each asset type serves a different audience touchpoint and carries different dimensional and compositional requirements, yet all needed to feel like they came from the same brand. Without a defined visual system, even well-designed individual pieces can fragment the brand experience and dilute campaign effectiveness — a challenge that required strategic design thinking, not just execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a foundational visual framework before producing a single asset. The team audited the client's existing brand elements — color palette, typography, and any prior design work — and identified the gaps that were causing inconsistency. From there, a cohesive visual identity system was defined to govern spacing, type hierarchy, image treatment, and color usage across all LinkedIn formats. LinkedIn banner dimensions, ad creative specs, and blog image ratios were mapped and templated so that each format had a consistent structural logic. Ad creatives were designed with performance in mind, prioritizing clear visual hierarchy and strong focal points suited to feed-based scrolling behavior. Blog post images were treated as editorial graphics, balancing visual appeal with content relevance to support click-throughs. Every deliverable was exported in the appropriate file formats — PNG, JPEG, and SVG where applicable — ensuring seamless integration across publishing environments.
The Outcome
The engagement produced a complete suite of LinkedIn-ready visual assets: profile and page banners, a set of ad creatives ready for campaign deployment, and a library of blog post graphics aligned to the client's content calendar. More importantly, the client walked away with a repeatable visual system — a design framework their marketing team could use independently to produce future assets without sacrificing consistency. The cohesion across banner, ad, and editorial formats gave the startup a polished, professional presence on LinkedIn that matched the quality of their product offering and supported stronger audience engagement.
