The Challenge
An e-commerce brand running an active Shopify storefront needed a series of campaign-ready banners — fast. With customer traffic already beginning to spike, the window to act was tight. The challenge went beyond simply producing attractive graphics: each banner had to align precisely with a distinct campaign theme, render cleanly on mobile devices, and be delivered in upload-ready .jpg format without any additional back-and-forth. The client also needed multiple design directions presented upfront — at least three campaign-specific concepts — so internal stakeholders could evaluate creative alignment before committing to a direction. Balancing speed, brand fidelity, and mobile-first technical requirements in a single brief made this a genuinely complex creative engagement.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by clarifying the brand aesthetic and existing campaign themes to ensure the visual direction was grounded in the client's identity rather than generic e-commerce conventions. Three distinct banner concepts were developed in parallel, each anchored to a separate campaign theme, with intentional variation in layout, color treatment, and typographic hierarchy to give the client real choice rather than cosmetic alternatives. Every design was built with mobile viewing as the primary constraint — ensuring that key messaging, calls to action, and visual focal points remained legible and impactful on smaller screens without sacrificing desktop appeal. Rough mockups were presented early in the process to align on direction before final production, reducing revision cycles. All final files were exported in .jpg format, sized and compressed for direct Shopify upload.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered three fully developed, campaign-aligned Shopify banner designs optimized for mobile display and ready for immediate deployment. Each concept came with corresponding mockups that demonstrated real-world appearance on both desktop and mobile storefronts, giving the client confidence before publishing. The designs were completed within the client's urgency window, allowing the banners to go live ahead of the anticipated traffic surge.
