The Challenge
Shenzhen Bohuan Technical Service Co. (BTS) needed a brand identity that could hold its own in a competitive, fast-moving technical services landscape. Operating out of Shenzhen — a city synonymous with technology and industrial innovation — BTS required a logo that communicated precision, forward-thinking, and reliability without sacrificing visual sophistication. The brief called for a modern, sleek, and somewhat abstract mark that remained distinctly recognizable as BTS, and the design had to perform seamlessly across both digital platforms and print materials. Balancing abstraction with recognizability, and versatility with visual impact, made this a genuinely complex design challenge.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with an in-depth exploration of BTS's core values — innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence — translating these into a visual language that could anchor the brand identity. The team developed three distinct concept directions, each grounded in a different design philosophy. The first concept leaned into geometric abstraction, using angular, interlocking forms derived from the letters B, T, and S to suggest connectivity and precision engineering. The second explored a mark-based approach with clean, minimal linework evoking circuitry and forward momentum. The third pushed toward a bolder typographic treatment with a custom-modified wordmark that balanced structure with dynamism. Each concept was accompanied by a documented creative rationale, reference mood boards, and usage mockups across business card, digital header, and print contexts. Colour palettes were carefully considered to reinforce trust and innovation — drawing from a range of deep blues, slate greys, and selective accent tones to position BTS as a credible, modern enterprise.
The Outcome
The final deliverable comprised three fully developed logo concepts, each presented with supporting documentation covering design intent, colour specifications, and format scalability. All concepts were produced in vector format, ensuring they could be scaled from favicon to billboard without loss of quality. The chosen direction gave BTS a clean, abstract mark that reads distinctly as their brand across both digital and print environments — versatile enough to anchor a full identity system as the company grows. The structured concept presentation also gave the BTS team the visual vocabulary and reference framework needed to make a confident, informed design decision.
