The Challenge
The client came to us with a brand that had grown faster than its visual identity could keep up with. Marketing materials were inconsistent across platforms, social media graphics lacked a unified look, and the team was juggling multiple tools — primarily Canva and Photoshop — without a coherent system tying everything together. The core challenge was not simply producing attractive assets, but building a scalable, tool-agnostic design framework that could serve digital channels, print collateral, and social media simultaneously without visual fragmentation. Achieving that consistency across two distinct design environments, each with its own constraints and capabilities, required both strategic thinking and precise execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing brand materials to identify inconsistencies in typography, color usage, and layout language. From that foundation, a Visual Brand Identity Kit was established — defining core brand parameters that could be faithfully expressed whether the output was a high-resolution Photoshop banner or an editable Canva template. Social media post formats were designed first as anchoring deliverables, given their frequency and visibility, followed by promotional banners sized and adapted for multiple digital placements. Marketing collateral including branded graphics and campaign creatives were developed in parallel, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the same visual logic. All Canva files were built as properly structured, team-editable templates so the client's internal team could produce on-brand content independently going forward.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a fully realized cohesive visual identity system that spanned social media graphics, promotional banners, and comprehensive marketing collateral — all consistent in style, tone, and execution across both Canva and Photoshop environments. The client received not just finished assets but a repeatable design framework: organized Canva templates, layered Photoshop source files, and a clear visual language their team could extend without outside help. The result was a brand presence that felt intentional and cohesive across every channel, replacing the previous patchwork of inconsistent materials with a system built to scale.
Helion360 regularly works with brands that need brand identity brought into alignment across tools and platforms — delivering systems that are as practical to maintain as they are compelling to look at.
