The Challenge
A growing product line needed more than just a logo refresh — it needed a fully cohesive visual identity that could perform across radically different formats and contexts. The client required print-ready materials including business cards, brochures, posters, and flyers, all consistent with a newly developed brand direction. Complicating matters further, existing book cover artwork had to be adapted to meet Ingram Spark's precise technical specifications for direct-to-print fulfillment, where even minor deviations in bleed, resolution, or colour profile can result in rejected files. Simultaneously, the brand needed a strong digital presence through social media banners and website banner ads designed to drive engagement and convert traffic. Maintaining visual consistency across print and digital — formats with fundamentally different resolution requirements, colour spaces, and proportions — was the central creative and technical challenge.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a brand audit, reviewing all existing materials to identify what could be preserved and what needed to be rebuilt from scratch. A new logo was developed to serve as the foundation of the visual identity system, engineered at 300dpi and built in vector format to scale seamlessly across every application — from a business card to a full-bleed poster. The existing book cover designs were then carefully reworked to conform to Ingram Spark's template requirements, with attention paid to spine width calculations, safe zones, and CMYK colour accuracy to ensure print fidelity. Print collateral including brochures, flyers, and posters was designed in parallel, all grounded in the same typographic system and colour palette established in the brand guidelines. For the digital side, social media banners and website display ads were produced in multiple platform-specific dimensions, optimised for visual impact at screen resolution while remaining unmistakably on-brand.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete, production-ready brand identity system spanning both print and digital channels. The client received a refreshed logo in multiple file formats, a suite of Ingram Spark-compliant book cover files, a full set of print collateral prepared for commercial printing, and a library of digital banners sized and optimised for social media and web display. Every asset was built to the same visual standard, ensuring that whether a customer encountered the brand on Instagram, a website, or a physical brochure, the experience felt unified and professional. The work gave the client's product line the visual infrastructure needed to launch with confidence across all platforms.
