A San Francisco-based e-commerce entrepreneur operating across Amazon US, Amazon Canada, eBay, Walmart, and NewEgg needed a unified visual design system capable of performing consistently across all five platforms simultaneously. Each marketplace carries its own image dimension requirements, content module structures, and buyer psychology — making it genuinely complex to design assets that feel native to each platform while still maintaining a coherent brand identity across the full tech product lineup. The client required both high-converting gallery images and premium A+ content modules, meaning the work had to perform at two very different levels: thumbnail-level impact in competitive search results, and deep-scroll persuasion within the product detail page itself.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the product category across all five platforms to understand how top-performing competitors were structuring their visual storytelling. This research directly informed the hierarchy of information built into each gallery image — leading with the product's key differentiator in the first image, then layering in lifestyle context, feature callouts, and comparison visuals across the remaining slots. For the A+ content modules, the team developed a modular layout system that could be adapted across Amazon's Brand Story and Enhanced Content blocks without requiring a full rebuild per SKU. Every asset was produced to exact platform specification — pixel dimensions, character limits, and safe zones — while maintaining the premium visual language the client needed to justify higher price positioning in a crowded tech accessories market.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a complete set of gallery images and A+ content modules covering the client's tech product lineup across all five target marketplaces. Each listing received optimized main images designed for click-through performance, supplementary gallery frames built around the buyer journey, and fully assembled A+ content sections with branded headers, feature comparison modules, and lifestyle imagery. The final deliverables were production-ready and formatted for immediate upload across Amazon US, Amazon CA, eBay, Walmart US, Walmart CA, and NewEgg — giving the client a consistent, professional storefront presence without needing to manage separate design briefs per platform.
