The Challenge
The client came to us with a pitch deck that had lost its visual coherence over time — slides had been built incrementally, graphics were mismatched, and product mockups no longer accurately represented the company's current offering. Ahead of an upcoming investor engagement, they needed a comprehensive visual overhaul: every slide had to feel intentional, on-brand, and compelling enough to hold attention in a high-stakes room. The complexity lay not just in the volume of updates required, but in ensuring that new mockups, refreshed graphics, and brand-consistent visuals would work together as a single, seamless narrative rather than a patchwork of edits.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a thorough audit of the existing deck, cataloguing every inconsistency — from conflicting typefaces and off-brand color usage to low-resolution graphics and outdated product representations. The team worked closely with the client's marketing stakeholders to establish a clear visual brief, anchoring every design decision in the company's brand identity and core messaging priorities.
From there, every existing graphic was rebuilt or refined to meet a consistent visual standard. New product mockups were crafted to accurately showcase the product's features in context, using realistic device frames and clean environmental compositions that communicated value without cluttering the slide. Typography hierarchy, color application, and layout grids were standardised across the full deck to ensure slides read as a unified whole. All assets were optimised for both digital screen presentation and high-resolution print output, and full documentation of changes was prepared for the client's internal records.
The Outcome
The result was a fully redesigned investor pitch deck in which every visual element reinforced the company's brand story. Brand-consistent visuals were elevated from placeholder-level assets to polished, investor-grade representations of the offering. Slide-by-slide consistency meant the deck could be presented confidently in any format — on screen, in print, or in a live investor meeting — without visual distractions undermining the message. The client received a complete asset set with documented revision notes, giving their internal team a clear reference for any future updates.
Helion360 continues to work with growth-stage companies that need their presentation materials to match the quality of their product and ambition.
