The Challenge
A first-time entrepreneur preparing to launch a new startup needed a cohesive set of social media visuals to promote their products and services across Facebook and Instagram. The brief was clear on ambition but less defined in execution — the client wanted designs that felt modern and brand-aligned, yet flexible enough for the internal team to edit and iterate using Canva after handoff. Bridging the gap between a polished, agency-level aesthetic and a fully editable DIY-friendly format is a genuine design challenge: templates that look great but are also logically structured for non-designers to update without breaking the layout or visual hierarchy.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing the foundational visual language for the campaign before touching a single poster. This meant defining a working color palette, typography pairing, and iconographic style that would translate consistently across both Facebook feed posts and Instagram square and story formats. Each platform has distinct sizing conventions, engagement behaviors, and visual expectations — so rather than producing one generic design and resizing it, the team created platform-native compositions that felt native to each feed.
All designs were built inside Canva using organized layers, clearly named text blocks, and locked background elements to ensure the client's internal team could swap out copy, imagery, and product details without disrupting the overall design structure. The team also worked from the client's existing brief materials, translating written direction into visual concepts and providing initial mock-ups for approval before finalizing the full set.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete set of branded social media posters optimized for both Facebook and Instagram, covering product promotion, service highlights, and launch announcement use cases. Each design was handed off as an editable Canva template, enabling the startup's internal team to manage ongoing content production independently. The visual system established through this project gave the brand a consistent, professional presence from day one of its launch — with assets that could scale alongside the business without requiring a designer for every update.
For startups navigating the early stages of brand building, Helion360 offers design solutions that scale not just to look great at launch, but to remain functional and on-brand as the team grows.
