The Challenge
A bootstrapped startup preparing for its public launch needed a fast, reliable design resource to bring their visual assets up to a professional standard before go-live. The work involved resizing Photoshop artboards to match multiple output formats, repositioning and refining typography across several compositions, and exporting every file in the correct format for both digital and print use. While the tasks may sound straightforward in isolation, the combination of tight deadlines, a fragmented set of existing files, and the need for pixel-perfect consistency across all assets made this a deceptively demanding engagement. The founder needed someone who could move quickly without sacrificing quality — and who understood that small design details matter enormously at the moment of launch.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing Photoshop files to assess artboard sizing inconsistencies and identify where text placement was misaligned or off-brand. Rather than making changes piecemeal, the team established a consistent working structure across all source files first, ensuring that any edits would cascade cleanly without introducing new errors. Artboards were resized to meet the required output dimensions for each intended platform and use case. Typography was repositioned with attention to hierarchy, spacing, and visual balance — not just moved for the sake of movement, but adjusted to strengthen the overall composition. Once all revisions were approved, files were exported in the required formats with proper naming conventions, organized for easy upload and handoff.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete set of production-ready design assets delivered ahead of the client's launch deadline. Every artboard was correctly sized, every text element was visually refined and properly placed, and all exports were packaged in the formats needed for immediate deployment. The startup was able to launch with design materials that looked intentional and professional — reinforcing credibility at a critical first impression moment. The client's internal team received well-organized files they could update independently going forward, reducing future design bottlenecks.
Helion360 regularly supports early-stage companies that need reliable, detail-oriented design execution under deadline pressure — turning scattered source files into polished, launch-ready assets.
