The Challenge
A health and beauty software plugin needed a cohesive set of custom icons and a polished logo to support its interactive user interface across both web and mobile platforms. The challenge was not simply creating attractive visuals — it required building a scalable, responsive icon system that would perform cleanly at multiple sizes, align with established branding guidelines, and integrate seamlessly with the development team's workflow. Health and beauty as a visual category demands a careful balance between warmth, clarity, and professionalism, making generic icon libraries an inadequate solution. The client needed original vector assets that felt native to the product, not borrowed from a stock library.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this project as a structured visual systems challenge rather than a standalone graphic design task. The process began with a thorough review of the plugin's branding guidelines, existing UI patterns, and the functional contexts in which each icon would appear. Working entirely in Figma, the team developed a master icon grid to ensure consistent sizing, stroke weight, and optical balance across every glyph in the set. Each icon was drawn as a clean, exportable SVG with properly named layers and components, making handoff to the development team straightforward. Color tokens and fill variations were built directly into the Figma component library, allowing the client to toggle between light, dark, and accent-color states without requiring redesign work. The logo was developed in parallel, with multiple rounds of refinement to ensure it read clearly at favicon scale as well as full-size display.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete icon system and a finalized SVG logo, both production-ready and structured for immediate developer handoff. Every asset was exported in multiple formats and sizes, documented within an organized Figma file, and tested against the plugin's UI to confirm visual consistency across device types. The client received a scalable design foundation that supports future icon additions without breaking visual cohesion — a system built to grow alongside the product rather than become outdated as new features are introduced.
Helion360 brings the same structured, systems-thinking approach to every brand identity system — whether you are launching a new product or standardizing a visual language across an existing platform.
