The Challenge
A client operating in the technology space needed a set of polished, high-quality software illustrations representing three distinct digital platforms — Google Meets, LinkTree, and Shopify. Each platform carries its own visual identity, user interface language, and audience expectation, making a one-size-fits-all approach entirely impractical. The illustrations needed to feel accurate and platform-authentic while also standing on their own as engaging, visually compelling assets that could be used across marketing materials, product documentation, and digital content. Translating the functional, interface-driven nature of these tools into clean, illustrative visuals — without losing clarity or brand fidelity — required both technical design precision and a deep understanding of how software products are visually communicated.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough visual audit of each platform, studying UI patterns, color systems, and the core interactions that define each product experience. Rather than simply screenshotting or mimicking raw interface elements, the team built each illustration from the ground up — interpreting each platform's essence into a cohesive, stylized visual language that balanced realism with illustration. Google Meets was treated with attention to its video-first, collaborative nature, emphasizing grid layouts and communication cues. LinkTree's illustration leaned into its clean, link-stacking simplicity with a minimal, bold aesthetic. Shopify's visual was crafted to reflect its e-commerce depth — storefronts, product tiles, and dashboard energy were all woven into a single cohesive frame. Consistent proportions, color harmony, and visual weight were maintained across all three pieces to ensure they could function as a unified set.
The Outcome
The project delivered three distinct, publication-ready software illustrations — one each for Google Meets, LinkTree, and Shopify — crafted to be immediately usable across digital marketing assets, landing pages, and product explainer content. Each illustration successfully captured the core visual identity of its respective platform while introducing a polished, illustrative style that elevated the client's visual communication. The assets gave the client a versatile, brand-consistent visual toolkit that could scale across multiple content formats without losing impact or recognizability.
