The Challenge
A early-stage tech startup founder came to Helion360 with an urgent and multifaceted need: the business was gaining traction, but the team lacked the strategic infrastructure to translate that momentum into investor confidence. Our Approach

- Business Valuation: We conducted a structured valuation analysis using a combination of comparable company benchmarking, discounted cash flow (DCF) methodology, and venture-stage multiples — producing a defensible valuation range appropriate for investor conversations.

- Pitch Deck Creation: Drawing on all of the above, we structured and developed a concise, visually coherent investor pitch deck — covering the problem, solution, market opportunity, business model, traction, financial highlights, team, and funding ask — designed to hold attention and generate follow-up conversations.
