The Challenge
An early-stage e-commerce tech startup came to us with a clear ambition but a fragmented visual identity. The founder was preparing to revamp the brand's product packaging and needed a cohesive suite of design assets that could carry the brand across physical packaging, paid advertising, and social media simultaneously. The complexity lay in balancing two distinct brand pillars — sustainability and convenience — while ensuring the output felt modern, market-ready, and visually competitive in a crowded direct-to-consumer landscape. There was no existing design system to build from, meaning every creative decision had to be made from the ground up with consistency in mind.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a clear creative direction rooted in the brand's core values. Before a single asset was produced, the team mapped out the visual language — color palette, typography, iconography, and tone — ensuring that sustainability felt embedded in the aesthetic rather than bolted on as an afterthought. Packaging concepts were developed with both structural clarity and shelf presence in mind, using earthy tones, clean layouts, and messaging that spoke to environmentally conscious consumers without sacrificing visual appeal. Simultaneously, the team produced a set of ad creatives and social media assets built for performance, designing formats optimized for feed placements, stories, and campaign launches. Each asset was developed within the same visual system, giving the brand a unified look across every touchpoint from unboxing to scroll.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete visual asset suite including finalized sustainable packaging designs, a library of social-first ad creatives, and platform-ready graphics for ongoing campaign use. The startup received a brand-consistent design foundation it could deploy immediately across its product line and paid channels, with assets flexible enough to scale as the brand grew. The packaging redesign positioned the products to stand out meaningfully on both digital shelves and physical retail contexts, while the ad creative library gave the marketing team everything needed to launch campaigns without further production delays.
Helion360 works regularly with e-commerce brands and startups that need design to do more than look good — it needs to perform, convert, and tell a story worth sharing.
