The Challenge
A sustainability-focused startup preparing to launch a new line of eco-friendly products needed more than a logo — they needed a cohesive visual world. The challenge was significant: the brand had to communicate environmental values without falling into tired green-washing clichés, while simultaneously feeling energetic, modern, and startup-forward. Compounding the complexity, the scope spanned three distinct design disciplines — brand identity, 3D product visualization, and UI/UX design — all of which needed to feel like a single unified system rather than three disconnected deliverables. The client operated on a tight deadline and came to the project without finalized brand guidelines, meaning the visual direction had to be established from scratch before any downstream design could begin.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a brand discovery phase to establish the visual language before touching a single artboard. The team mapped out core brand attributes — clean energy, optimism, material honesty — and translated these into a design direction built around organic forms, sustainable color palettes, and precise typographic hierarchy. From there, the work expanded across three parallel tracks.
The brand identity system was developed first, establishing a logo mark, color system, and typographic framework that could flex across physical and digital contexts. The 3D design phase followed, with product renders built to communicate material quality and sustainability credentials in a visually striking way — useful for e-commerce, social media, and campaign assets. The UI design work then applied the established visual system to digital touchpoints, ensuring that the brand's personality carried through screens with the same clarity it held in physical and environmental contexts. Throughout each phase, sustainability cues were woven in through design choices rather than surface-level messaging, allowing the brand to feel authentic rather than performative.
The Outcome
The final deliverable was a complete, launch-ready cohesive visual identity system encompassing a full visual identity kit, 3D product renders optimized for digital and print use, and a set of UI design components aligned to the brand's design language. The client received a cohesive brand identity that could be handed directly to a development team, a marketing agency, or a packaging supplier without requiring further interpretation. The brand struck the balance the client needed — energetic enough for a startup audience, principled enough to support genuine sustainability positioning. Helion360 delivered the full scope on schedule, giving the product line a visual foundation strong enough to carry it from launch through scale.
