The Challenge
The client had already produced a polished AI-generated talking avatar video — available in both English and Greek — built across five distinct scenes. The missing piece was visual substance: each scene needed supporting 2D animated graphics that could reinforce the spoken message, play in sync with the avatar's narration, and fit within a precisely defined layout. With the avatar occupying the left side of the frame and captions anchored at the bottom, only a specific portion of the screen was available for animated content. The constraint was not just creative — it was technical. Every animation needed to match the exact duration of its corresponding scene, work seamlessly in both language versions, and ultimately be re-imported into a new HeyGen video alongside the updated script. The client was open to workflow alternatives, but the core requirement remained non-negotiable: five scenes, two languages, one cohesive visual system.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by mapping each scene's script to a visual concept — identifying the key message and translating it into a clear animated graphic that could communicate independently of the spoken word. Rather than creating abstract motion for motion's sake, every animation was designed to function as a visual explanation, reinforcing what the avatar was saying at each moment. The team worked within the constrained canvas — respecting the avatar placement zone and caption area — and built each animated slide in PowerPoint with precisely timed animation sequences calibrated to match the scene's spoken duration. This format gave the client a flexible, editable asset that could be dropped directly back into the HeyGen video production workflow. All five scenes were designed with a consistent visual language so that switching between English and Greek versions required no reworking of the graphics layer.
The Outcome
The final deliverable was a set of five fully animated PowerPoint slides, each timed to its respective scene and designed to integrate directly into the bilingual AI avatar video. The graphics were spatially optimized to occupy only the defined usable area, leaving the avatar and caption zones untouched. Both the English and Greek versions of the video could draw from the same animated asset set without modification, eliminating duplication of effort for the client's production workflow. The result was a visually cohesive marketing video where the 2D animated graphics and the AI avatar worked in unison — turning a functional talking-head format into a compelling, scene-driven visual experience.
