The Challenge
A technology company approached us needing two distinct video deliverables on a compressed end-of-month timeline. The first was a polished promotional video showcasing their latest product line, requiring consistent visual styling and frame-perfect synchronization with professional voiceover audio. The second was a series of animated explainer videos designed to communicate complex product information in a way that was informative, energetic, and visually engaging for a younger target audience. Balancing stylistic consistency across both projects, maintaining tight audio-visual sync, and delivering all assets in multiple formats — including H.264, AVI, SVG, and editable Photoshop source files — made this a technically demanding engagement with very little room for error.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a unified motion design language that could flex across both video formats without losing brand coherence. For the promotional video, the team developed a tight animation style guide, ensuring every transition, text reveal, and product highlight was locked to the audio waveform with precision. Scene-by-scene timing maps were built before any animation was rendered, allowing for efficient revision cycles without disrupting overall sync.
For the explainer videos, the creative direction shifted toward an upbeat, character-driven visual language suited to a younger demographic — using bold colors, kinetic typography, and smooth transitions to keep the content engaging throughout. Each scene was scripted against the voiceover track before animation began, ensuring the visuals supported the narrative rather than competing with it. Final delivery included fully rendered outputs in both H.264 and AVI formats, alongside complete source files in SVG and layered Photoshop format to give the client full editorial control going forward.

Both video projects were completed and delivered within the client's end-of-month release window.
