The Challenge
An eco-technology brand preparing for an imminent round of trade shows and digital events needed a complete suite of visual booth and banner assets — fast. Their brand carried a strong eco-friendly ethos paired with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic, and the designs had to communicate both qualities simultaneously in a crowded expo environment where first impressions are made in seconds. The complexity lay not just in the tight one-week turnaround, but in translating a nuanced brand identity into large-format physical displays and digital banners that would read clearly from a distance, attract foot traffic, and hold up under close inspection. The client needed assets that could function across both physical expo booths and digital event environments, requiring careful attention to resolution, scale, and visual hierarchy.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a focused brand immersion, reviewing the client's existing identity assets and extracting the core visual language — earthy tones balanced with clean, modern geometry — that would anchor the entire booth system. Rather than treating the banners and booth panels as isolated deliverables, the team designed them as a cohesive environment, ensuring that every visual element — from the hero graphic on the back wall to the tabletop pull-up banners — worked in visual concert. A combination of original vector graphics and curated photography was used to communicate both technological sophistication and environmental responsibility. Typography was selected for legibility at distance, and layout compositions were tested against standard expo booth dimensions before final production files were prepared. Digital banner variants were adapted from the physical designs to maintain brand consistency across event platforms, with file specifications optimised for screen display.
The Outcome
The project was delivered within the client's one-week window, producing a complete set of print-ready expo booth panels, pull-up banners, and digital event banner assets — all aligned under a single, cohesive visual system. The designs gave the brand a commanding physical presence at trade shows, effectively communicating their eco-tech positioning through a visual language that was both distinctive and immediately legible. The client received production-ready files formatted for large-format printing as well as screen-optimised digital versions, enabling seamless deployment across multiple upcoming events without additional design work.
