The Challenge
A fast-growing tech startup based in Silicon Valley came to us with a common but genuinely difficult problem: their brand had no visual consistency across channels. Their social media presence felt disconnected from their print collateral, and neither reflected the bold, modern identity they wanted to project in the real world — including on billboards and street-level signage. They needed a single creative partner who could simultaneously handle digital social graphics, folded print collateral like tri-folds, standalone flyers, and large-format outdoor designs, all while maintaining a coherent look and feel across every format. The added complexity was scale and pace — multiple asset types, tight deadlines, and the need for print-ready, high-resolution files alongside web-optimized and vector formats.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a consistent visual language rooted in the startup's existing brand cues — color palette, typography direction, and messaging tone — before any individual asset was produced. Rather than designing each format in isolation, the team built a unified design framework first, ensuring that the same visual logic would translate cleanly from a 1080x1080 Instagram post all the way to a large-format billboard. Social media graphics were designed for immediate scroll-stopping impact, with clean hierarchy and dynamic layout structures suited for feed, story, and banner placements. Tri-fold brochures and flyers were laid out for print production, with full bleed, CMYK-ready color profiling, and properly embedded fonts. Billboard designs were adapted at correct aspect ratios and simplified for legibility at distance, following large-format best practices. All final deliverables were exported across multiple formats — PNG and JPEG for digital use, SVG for scalable vector applications, and press-ready PDF files for print vendors.

The engagement resulted in a complete suite of branded marketing materials spanning four distinct format categories: social media graphics optimized for digital platforms, folded tri-fold brochures ready for print production, single-page flyers for event and field distribution, and billboard artwork formatted for outdoor vendor specifications.
