The Challenge
A tech entrepreneur building a personalized AI platform came to us with a clear but ambitious need: establish a brand presence from the ground up while simultaneously designing a website that could showcase the platform's cutting-edge capabilities. The complexity lay in the breadth of the ask — logo, business cards, brand guidelines, and a fully designed website — all of which needed to feel like a single, unified system. For an AI-focused startup, the visual identity couldn't just be attractive; it had to communicate precision, intelligence, and personalization at a glance. Without an existing visual language to build from, every decision about typography, color palette, and interface hierarchy had to be made deliberately and from scratch.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this engagement as a full brand-building exercise before a single web component was designed. The process began with a discovery phase to understand the startup's mission, target users, and competitive landscape in the AI space. From there, a primary logo mark was developed alongside a refined typographic system and a color palette that balanced technological credibility with approachability — a critical balance for a product targeting individual users rather than enterprise accounts.
Once the core visual identity was locked in, brand collateral including business cards and supporting materials was produced to extend the identity into physical and digital touchpoints. The website design was then built entirely in Figma, with component-level structure that made the file easy for the client's team to navigate, update, and hand off to developers. Navigation was designed to surface AI features prominently without overwhelming first-time visitors, and the layout followed an intuitive information hierarchy that guided users from awareness to action.
The Outcome
The result was a complete, cohesive brand system — logo, color palette, typography, business card design, and a multi-page Figma website design — all aligned under a single visual language purpose-built for the AI sector. The Figma deliverable was structured with organized frames, shared styles, and reusable components, giving the internal team a practical foundation for ongoing collaboration and iteration. The startup launched with a brand identity that felt mature and intentional well ahead of its product release, creating immediate credibility with early users, investors, and partners.
Helion360 works regularly with early-stage tech founders who need design leadership alongside execution — if you're building something similar, we're ready to help shape how your brand shows up from day one.
