The Challenge
A fast-growing digital marketing agency needed comprehensive graphic design support that could keep pace with their expanding client roster and campaign volume. The challenge was not simply producing attractive visuals — it was building a coherent, scalable design system that could span multiple tools, multiple use cases, and multiple brand personalities simultaneously. The agency operated across Canva for quick-turnaround content, Figma for collaborative UI and web assets, and Adobe Creative Suite for print-grade and high-fidelity production work. Finding a design partner who could move fluidly between all three environments — while maintaining visual consistency and meeting tight deadlines in a startup-paced environment — proved to be the real complexity of the brief.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough discovery session to understand the agency's brand language, campaign cadence, and the types of deliverables their clients most frequently required. Rather than treating each tool as a separate silo, the team established a unified design system — consistent typography, color palettes, iconography, and spacing rules — that could be faithfully replicated across Canva templates, Figma component libraries, and Adobe master files. Logo development was handled in Adobe Illustrator to ensure full scalability and print readiness, while social media graphics and promotional flyers were built in Canva for ease of internal reuse. Figma served as the primary workspace for web graphics and UI-adjacent assets, with shared libraries that allowed the agency's internal team to make approved edits without breaking visual consistency. Every deliverable was produced with the agency's downstream clients in mind, ensuring that the work could be handed off cleanly and presented with confidence.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a fully documented visual identity system delivered across all three platforms, including a logo suite, a library of reusable social media graphic templates, a set of promotional flyer and banner layouts, and a Figma component library ready for ongoing web and campaign use. The agency was able to dramatically reduce design turnaround time on new campaigns, as their internal team now had access to production-ready templates built to brand spec. Stakeholders reported that client presentations felt noticeably more polished and consistent, and the new system eliminated the friction that had previously come from switching between tools mid-project.
Helion360 continues to support agencies and marketing teams that need design infrastructure built to scale — not just individual assets, but systems that make the entire creative operation run more efficiently.
