The Challenge
A fast-growing California-based wellness company managing multiple product brands needed a cohesive, scalable visual identity system to support its expanding digital marketing campaigns. The challenge was not simply designing attractive graphics — it was creating a unified visual language that could flex across distinct brand personalities within the same portfolio. Each wellness and skincare brand had its own audience, tone, and product positioning, yet all needed to feel part of a single, credible family of products. With tight campaign timelines and an ongoing need for social media assets, product imagery, and promotional materials, the client required a design partner who could work with both speed and precision.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing brand assets across the portfolio to identify inconsistencies in typography, color usage, and visual tone. From this foundation, the team developed a structured visual identity system that established clear brand guidelines for each sub-brand while maintaining cohesion at the portfolio level. Color palettes were built around established principles of wellness aesthetics — clean whites, botanical earth tones, and soft accent colors that communicate purity and trust without sacrificing visual energy. Typography hierarchies were standardized to ensure readability and brand recall across both square social posts and wide promotional banners. The team then produced a full suite of production-ready Canva templates covering social media feed posts, product highlight graphics, promotional campaign creatives, and supporting digital materials. Every template was designed to be independently editable by the client's internal team without breaking visual consistency.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a comprehensive visual identity system spanning multiple wellness brands, including a brand kit, reusable Canva template library, social media campaign graphics, and product promotional materials ready for immediate deployment across digital channels. The client's in-house team was able to maintain brand consistency at scale without requiring a designer for every new content piece — significantly reducing production time for ongoing campaigns. The visual assets were structured to support both evergreen brand content and time-sensitive promotional pushes, giving the team the flexibility to move quickly without compromising quality.
Helion360 brings the same structured, brand-first approach to full brand identity work for beauty, skincare, and wellness clients who need design systems that scale — not just individual graphics that look good in isolation.
