A running wedding planning business came to us at a crossroads: the brand had built real experience and a loyal client base, but its visual identity no longer reflected the elegance and sophistication the business had grown into. The existing logo felt dated and failed to convey the warmth, refinement, and aspirational quality that couples expect when entrusting someone with their most important day. Beyond the logo, the business had no consistent social media presence — no short-form video content showcasing its services, and no cohesive set of Instagram story assets that could turn casual scrollers into booked clients. Our Approach

The new logo system was designed with versatility in mind, crafted to work equally well on printed stationery, website headers, and small-format social media banners. Typography choices leaned into refined elegance while maintaining legibility at all sizes, and a refined colour palette was established to anchor everything that followed.
For the video content, the team scripted and structured a series of one-minute Instagram shorts, each dedicated to a distinct service pillar: venue recommendations, catering inspiration, and décor styling. Each video was built around a clear narrative arc — hook, showcase, and call to action — designed to perform well on Instagram's algorithm while feeling organic and editorial rather than overtly promotional. Visual pacing, music selection, and on-screen text treatments were all aligned to the new brand identity.
The Instagram story asset suite was developed as a modular toolkit, incorporating the refreshed logo, event-themed visual frames, and curated hashtag overlays that the client's team could deploy quickly without needing design support for every post.
