A fast-growing digital marketing agency based in San Francisco came to us with a specific creative need: they had a library of brand concepts and initial sketches across multiple client accounts, but none of them had been brought to life through motion. Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough review of each brand's existing visual assets, including sketches, mood boards, and any available brand guidelines. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all animation style, the team developed a distinct motion language for each logo — considering factors like industry context, intended platform, and brand personality. Adobe Illustrator was used to refine and vectorize the source artwork before any animation work began in After Effects, ensuring every path and shape was optimized for smooth, scalable motion. Close collaboration with the agency's internal design team was maintained throughout, with iterative feedback loops built into the workflow so that motion timing, easing, and transitions could be refined before final delivery. Every animation was exported in multiple formats to ensure compatibility across digital platforms, from web embeds to social media and video productions.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete set of polished 2D logo animations, each tailored to its respective brand and ready for deployment across digital channels.
