The Challenge
Selling on Amazon is as much a visual competition as it is a pricing one. A seller with a diverse catalog spanning electronics and home goods needed a complete visual overhaul of their product listings — not just clean photos, but a cohesive, conversion-focused visual system that could work across dozens of SKUs. The challenge was multi-layered: each product category carried its own aesthetic expectations, Amazon's image compliance requirements added technical constraints, and the client also wanted supplementary assets that could extend the brand's presence across social media. Delivering all of this at catalog scale, without sacrificing quality or consistency, required a structured and experienced creative approach.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached this engagement as a full-scale product visual production project rather than a simple photography job. The team began with a detailed briefing process to understand each product's key selling features, target audience, and the competitive visual language on Amazon for each category. For the electronics range, the focus was on precision, sleek staging, and infographic-style callout graphics that communicated specs and features at a glance. For home goods, the approach shifted toward lifestyle-informed compositions that helped buyers visualize the product in context. Every image was produced with Amazon's technical guidelines in mind — correct aspect ratios, white backgrounds for hero shots, and sufficient resolution for the zoom function. Infographic overlays and feature-highlight graphics were layered on top of secondary images to support purchase decisions without overwhelming the viewer. Where social media assets were required, the same visual language was adapted for platform-specific formats to maintain brand coherence across channels.
The Outcome
The project delivered a complete visual asset library covering the client's full Amazon catalog, including hero images, secondary lifestyle shots, and infographic product graphics for both the electronics and home goods ranges. Social media creatives were produced in parallel, giving the client ready-to-deploy assets for promotional campaigns. The final visuals were polished, platform-compliant, and purpose-built for conversion — giving each listing the visual authority needed to compete in high-traffic Amazon search results. The client received a consistent, professional visual identity across every product, reducing the creative gap between their listings and those of established competitors.
