The Challenge
Selling across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify simultaneously means competing in three distinct visual environments, each with its own buyer expectations, image specification requirements, and browsing behaviour. The client needed a cohesive suite of product visuals that could perform in all three marketplaces without sacrificing brand consistency. The brief called for high-resolution photography from multiple angles, feature-driven infographics, and a visual standard that could hold its own in increasingly saturated product categories. Delivering all of this within tight turnaround windows — while keeping every asset aligned to established brand guidelines — made this a genuinely demanding creative and production challenge.
Our Approach
Helion360 approached the project as a combined photography and graphic design production, treating every product listing as a visual sales argument rather than a simple image upload. The team began by auditing the client's existing visual assets and benchmarking competitor listings across all three platforms to identify the visual gaps that were costing conversions. Products were then photographed from multiple angles under controlled lighting conditions, capturing both the overall form and the close-up details that buyers rely on to make purchase decisions. Each set of photographs was then paired with purpose-designed infographics that translated key product features — dimensions, materials, use cases, and differentiators — into clear, scannable visual language. All outputs were colour-graded, retouched, and sized to meet the technical requirements of Amazon A+ content, eBay listing standards, and Shopify storefront display, ensuring nothing was lost in platform translation.
The Outcome
The final deliverable was a complete, marketplace-ready visual library covering the full product range, with each item represented through a set of polished hero images, angle shots, and branded infographic panels. The infographics communicated product specifications and benefits at a glance, reducing buyer hesitation and supporting stronger click-through and conversion rates across all three platforms. Brand consistency was maintained throughout, giving the client a professional, unified presence whether a shopper discovered the product on Amazon, eBay, or their own Shopify store. The client received assets that were immediately deployable, requiring no further editing or reformatting before going live.
