The client came in with an ambitious mandate: build a complete digital presence from the ground up — one that could carry a strong brand identity, communicate innovation, and function seamlessly across web touchpoints. The complexity here was not in any single deliverable, but in the breadth and cohesion required across all of them simultaneously. They needed a logo and visual brand system that could anchor everything, UI/UX wireframes and interactive prototypes built in Figma, compelling banner and ad creatives, and a fully developed, user-friendly website — all aligned to a single creative direction that had yet to be defined. Without a unified approach, each piece risked feeling disconnected, undercutting the overall brand experience they were trying to build.
Our Approach
Helion360 treated this as a brand ecosystem project rather than a series of isolated design tasks. The work began at the identity layer — developing a logo and cohesive brand guidelines that established the visual language for every asset to follow. From there, the team moved into Figma to design the full web UI/UX, building out wireframes and interactive prototypes that balanced aesthetic ambition with intuitive user flow. Ad creatives and promotional banners were developed in parallel, each adhering to the established brand system while being optimised for their respective placements. Once the design phase was approved, the development team translated the Figma prototypes into a live, responsive website — ensuring pixel-accurate implementation with smooth interactions and a clean, performant codebase. Throughout the process, close collaboration between the design and development tracks meant that creative decisions and technical constraints were resolved early, not after handoff.
