The Challenge
A fast-growing tech startup was preparing to launch a new platform aimed at helping businesses streamline their online presence and drive sales through targeted marketing. Despite having a strong product vision, the company lacked a unified visual identity to carry that vision across the channels that mattered most — their website, social media platforms, and e-commerce touchpoints. The challenge was not simply to design attractive graphics, but to build a coherent brand language that would work consistently from the homepage hero image all the way down to Instagram story formats and email campaign headers. With a lean internal team and no existing brand guidelines to build from, the stakes were high and the timeline was tight.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a brand discovery session with the client's product and marketing teams to align on positioning, target audience, and the emotional tone the brand needed to communicate. From that foundation, the team developed a core visual identity — including a logo system, a refined color palette, and a typography hierarchy — that could scale gracefully across digital formats. The identity was then applied systematically to a full suite of e-commerce assets, including product listing graphics, homepage banners, and promotional visuals optimized for mobile-first browsing. In parallel, a social media design system was built out, covering post templates, story frames, and ad creatives formatted for key platforms. Every asset was produced with reusability in mind, ensuring the client's internal team could adapt and extend the system without losing brand consistency. A concise brand guidelines document was delivered alongside the assets to govern future design decisions.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a complete, production-ready brand identity system delivered across e-commerce and social media channels. The startup received a logo suite, a full brand kit, platform-specific social media templates, e-commerce visual assets, and a brand guidelines document — all built around a single, consistent visual language. The client's platform launch was supported by design assets that projected credibility and coherence at every customer touchpoint, from paid social ads to product pages. The brand guidelines ensured the internal team could continue scaling the identity without requiring a redesign at each growth stage.
Helion360 works with tech startups and growing companies that need more than individual design assets — they need a visual system that holds together as the business scales.
