The Challenge
A young health supplement startup came to us at an inflection point: they had a compelling product and a clear wellness mission, but no visual identity to match. Their supplement line was housed in sleek, minimalist bottles — but without a cohesive brand system, those bottles said nothing to the consumer standing in front of them. The challenge was not just aesthetic. The team needed a brand identity that could communicate purity, potency, and modernity to a health-conscious, design-savvy demographic, while also being flexible enough to scale across multiple product formulations and promotional touchpoints. Building that kind of system from scratch — with no existing brand equity to lean on — required both strategic clarity and visual precision.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a brand positioning exercise, working closely with the client to define the visual language that would anchor the entire system. The goal was a clean, modern aesthetic that felt premium without being cold, and natural without being generic. From there, the team developed a full visual identity including logo, typography hierarchy, and a restrained color palette built around the brand's commitment to simplicity and ingredient transparency.
With the identity established, the team moved into packaging design. Each product label was designed to balance regulatory requirements with strong visual storytelling — surfacing key ingredient benefits through custom illustrations that were consistent across the formulation range. The illustration style was deliberately approachable and contemporary, designed to resonate with a younger wellness audience. Concept art for promotional materials was developed in parallel, ensuring the brand translated consistently from physical packaging to digital and campaign contexts.
Throughout the process, the team maintained an iterative, feedback-driven workflow. Rounds of revision were structured and efficient, with clear rationale provided for every design decision so the client could make informed choices rather than guessing at direction.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a complete brand system: a logo and visual identity suite, product labels for multiple supplement formulations, a library of packaging illustrations, and concept art for promotional use. The startup walked away with a cohesive design language they could apply consistently across every customer touchpoint — from the first moment a shopper picks up a bottle to the digital campaigns that drive them there. The packaging system struck the balance the client was looking for: minimal and clean in structure, but rich enough in visual detail to communicate quality and differentiation on a crowded shelf.
Helion360 regularly supports health, wellness, and consumer product brands at exactly this stage — where the product packaging is ready but the brand still needs to catch up.
