The Challenge
The client was a growing eCommerce brand struggling with visual fragmentation across their digital touchpoints. Their product pages, social media profiles, and paid advertising campaigns each had a distinct look and feel, but none of them spoke a unified brand language. This inconsistency was undermining trust with potential customers and reducing the effectiveness of their ad spend. What they needed was not simply a collection of design assets — they needed a coherent visual system that could scale across formats, platforms, and campaign objectives without losing its identity at any point.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough audit of the brand's existing visual assets, identifying inconsistencies in color usage, typography, imagery style, and layout logic across the eCommerce site, social channels, and existing ad creatives. From this foundation, a unified visual identity framework was established — defining core brand colors, type hierarchies, spacing principles, and a consistent photographic and illustrative style.
With the visual system in place, the team moved into production across three distinct workstreams. For the eCommerce platform, product imagery and banner assets were developed to create a polished, conversion-focused storefront experience. For paid advertising, a suite of ad creatives was designed for social media placements and Google display campaigns, each optimized for its respective format while remaining visually consistent. For broader marketing use, supporting collateral including promotional banners, flyers, and brand materials were produced using the same design language, ensuring the brand presented itself with authority across every customer interaction.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a comprehensive visual identity system that unified the brand's presence across its eCommerce site, social media platforms, and paid advertising campaigns. The client received a full library of production-ready assets — including ad creatives sized for multiple placements, on-brand product imagery, and marketing collateral — all governed by a clear set of design principles that their internal team could continue building on. The visual consistency delivered through this project gave the brand a more professional, trustworthy presence online and provided their marketing team with a scalable creative foundation for future campaigns.
Helion360 regularly works with eCommerce and consumer brands that need design systems built to perform — across the storefront, the feed, and the funnel.
