The Challenge
A consumer brand preparing for an upcoming campaign launch needed a cohesive set of visual assets that would work seamlessly across both digital and physical touchpoints. The scope included email campaign creatives, promotional banners, and high-quality product packaging mockups — all of which had to align tightly with existing brand guidelines. What made this project particularly demanding was the timeline: the campaign was already locked in and the marketing team had no room to absorb delays. Any designer brought onto this project needed to move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver production-ready work without sacrificing quality or brand fidelity.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough brand immersion session with the client's marketing team to understand the visual language, tone, and campaign objectives before a single asset was created. Rather than treating each deliverable in isolation, the team mapped out a unified visual system so that the email templates, banners, and packaging mockups would feel like parts of a single, intentional campaign rather than disconnected outputs.
Email templates were designed with both visual hierarchy and deliverability in mind, ensuring that the layout translated cleanly across desktop and mobile clients. Promotional banners were produced in multiple size variants to support placement across digital channels, with attention to contrast, call-to-action placement, and brand-consistent typography. For the product packaging mockups, the team developed photorealistic renders that allowed the client's stakeholders to visualize the final physical product before going to print, reducing costly revision cycles downstream.
Throughout the process, the team maintained an active feedback loop with the marketing lead, incorporating approvals at key stages to keep the project on schedule and avoid last-minute surprises.
The Outcome
The full suite of campaign assets — including responsive email templates, multi-format promotional banners, and print-ready product packaging mockups — was delivered within the client's tight campaign window. The brand team was able to go directly from mockup approval to production, with no redesign rounds required at the final stage. The unified visual treatment across all three asset types gave the campaign a polished, consistent presence whether customers encountered it in their inbox, on a website, or on a physical product shelf. Helion360 delivered a complete multi-channel creative package that kept the launch on track and on-brand from start to finish.
