The Challenge
A growing startup came to us with a collection of rough logo drafts sourced from multiple designers — each with potential, but none cohesive enough to represent the brand with confidence. The core challenge was not simply picking the best logo and polishing it; it was synthesizing several disconnected visual directions into a single, unified identity that accurately reflected the company's values and mission. On top of that, the client needed a comprehensive brand guidebook and a professionally designed brochure to be delivered within a two-week window — making precision and efficiency equally critical.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough visual audit of all the existing logo drafts, identifying the strongest design elements, typographic choices, and color signals across each version. Rather than discarding prior work, the team extracted the most viable components and built a refined master logo concept around them — ensuring the final mark felt intentional rather than arbitrary. Once the primary logo was locked, the team developed a complete set of logo variants including horizontal, stacked, and icon-only formats to support diverse use cases across print and digital.
With the logo system in place, the team moved into producing the brand guidebook. This document codified every visual decision — primary and secondary color palettes with hex, RGB, and CMYK values, approved typefaces and typographic hierarchy, logo spacing and exclusion zones, and guidance on correct versus incorrect logo usage. The brochure was then designed to serve as both a sales and onboarding asset, aligning fully with the newly established brand identity system while communicating the startup's product and service offering in a clear, visually engaging format.
The Outcome
The project was completed within the agreed two-week timeline and delivered a fully resolved brand identity system. The client received a polished final logo with all necessary file formats, a structured brand guidebook ready for internal and external distribution, and a print-ready brochure that reinforced the brand's visual identity from the very first page. What began as a scattered set of rough drafts became a professional, consistent brand presence the startup could deploy across all touchpoints with confidence.
Helion360 works with startups and growing businesses that need their brand to look the part — from the first logo concept to the final printed asset.
