The Challenge
A sustainability-focused tech startup approached us at the earliest stage of their brand journey — no visual identity, no established aesthetic, and a tight brief: create a logo that would communicate innovation, simplicity, and environmental responsibility all at once. Sustainable tech is a crowded space where many brands default to predictable green palettes and leaf motifs. The client needed a mark that felt genuinely original, carried real weight in both digital and physical contexts, and could flex across social media profiles, business cards, product packaging, and pitch materials without losing its integrity.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a structured discovery phase, working closely with the founding team to map their brand values, target audience, and competitive landscape. The goal was to identify a visual direction that was distinct from the category noise while remaining immediately legible to their audience. The team explored multiple conceptual routes — ranging from abstract geometric marks to minimalist wordmarks — testing how each direction performed at varying scales and on different backgrounds. Typography was treated with equal care, ensuring the chosen typeface reinforced the startup's tone of modern precision. Color was selected to evoke both technological confidence and ecological intention without relying on tired conventions. Every element was stress-tested across real-world mockups before final delivery, ensuring the logo would perform as well on a phone screen as on a printed document.
The Outcome
The project concluded with a refined, production-ready logo delivered in full vector format across all required file types — optimized for web, print, dark and light backgrounds, and monochrome use. Alongside the primary mark, the team provided a set of approved logo variations to cover every foreseeable application, from social media avatars to large-format display. The startup received a cohesive visual anchor that immediately communicated their mission without explanation — a mark that felt credible for investor conversations as much as it did for consumer-facing channels.
