A newly launched e-commerce brand came to us with a site that was functional but far from compelling. Our Approach
Helion360 began by mapping the customer journey from first visit to newsletter sign-up, using that flow to define the landing page structure. The page was designed to be visually clean and direct, with a single call-to-action driving visitors toward a newsletter opt-in form. Behind the form, an automated welcome email sequence was configured to trigger immediately upon submission, ensuring every new subscriber received a branded, on-message introduction to the company without manual intervention.
In parallel, the team developed creative concepts for product video content — each piece designed to be short, informative, and visually engaging enough to hold attention on both desktop and mobile. The videos were scripted and structured to highlight product benefits in a way that felt natural rather than promotional, building trust with first-time visitors.
The logo design process ran alongside both workstreams, grounded in a brief that prioritized memorability and cross-platform versatility. Multiple directions were explored before landing on a mark that worked equally well on a business card, a digital banner, and a product label.
