The Challenge: Launch a Premium Online Course With No Visual Identity in Under a Month
An online education platform came to Helion 360 with an urgent mandate: they had developed a comprehensive professional development course and needed to launch it to market within 30 days. The problem? They had no visual brand language for the course, no promotional video assets, no social media creatives, and no cohesive design system to support the launch funnel. The clock was ticking, and the stakes were high — they had already committed to a live webinar launch date and a pre-launch email sequence targeting over 12,000 subscribers.
Our Approach: Sprint-Based Creative Production
We structured the engagement as a high-velocity 30-day creative sprint, broken into three focused phases: brand alignment, content production, and launch deployment.
Phase 1 — Visual Identity & Design System (Days 1–7)
We began by auditing the client's existing brand assets and conducting a two-hour creative brief session. From this, our design team built a course-specific visual identity that complemented the parent brand while standing on its own. This included a color palette, typography hierarchy, icon set, and a modular template system that could scale across all deliverables. Every asset — from landing page graphics to email banners — was rooted in this system, ensuring pixel-perfect consistency at speed.
Phase 2 — Video Production & Motion Graphics (Days 8–21)
Our video team produced a 90-second hero promotional video, three 30-second social cut-downs optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and a series of animated explainer segments for the course sales page. We scripted, storyboarded, and directed all content remotely, working with the client's course instructor for on-camera segments. Motion graphics and lower-thirds were designed to reinforce key course value propositions and drive urgency around the enrollment deadline.
Phase 3 — Campaign Asset Deployment (Days 22–30)
In the final sprint, we delivered the complete launch asset suite: 24 social media graphics across four platforms, two email header sequences, a fully designed sales page wireframe with graphic overlays, countdown timer graphics, and a launch day story sequence. All files were delivered in organized, platform-ready formats with a usage guide so the client's internal team could deploy without friction.
The Outcome
The course launched on schedule. The cohesive visual campaign elevated perceived value and created a professional, trustworthy first impression across every touchpoint. The client's team reported zero design bottlenecks during launch week — a first for their organization. The 30-day sprint model proved that strategic velocity and creative quality are not mutually exclusive when the right systems are in place.
