The Challenge
The client had an existing logo that had served its purpose but existed only in a raster or non-editable format — making it impossible to scale, reproduce accurately across print and digital media, or adapt for new brand applications. Beyond the technical limitation of the logo file itself, the business lacked any documented visual standards. As the company prepared to expand its presence across multiple platforms and marketing materials, inconsistency in typography, color usage, and imagery risked undermining the credibility and cohesion of the brand. The challenge was twofold: first, bring the existing logo into a professional, production-ready format; and second, build an entire brand identity system from the ground up — one that would function as a lasting reference for any designer, marketer, or vendor working with the brand.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by performing a precise vector conversion of the client's existing logo in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring all paths, anchor points, and proportions were faithfully reconstructed while also being optimized for flexibility across both large-format print and small-scale digital use. The team carefully audited the original logo's color values, converting them to accurate HEX, RGB, and CMYK equivalents to guarantee consistent reproduction across every medium.
With the logo properly rebuilt, the focus shifted to developing a comprehensive brand guide. The team established a primary and secondary color palette drawn from the logo's existing tones, supplemented by neutral and accent colors suited for real-world application. Typography was selected to complement the logo's character — pairing a headline typeface with a clean body font and defining clear hierarchy rules for headlines, subheadings, and body copy. The guide also covered logo usage rules, including minimum sizes, clear space requirements, approved color variations, and prohibited use cases. Imagery direction and iconography style were documented to ensure all future visual content would feel unified and on-brand.
The Outcome
The client received a fully editable, production-ready Illustrator logo file alongside a polished, structured brand guide that codified every visual element of their identity. The deliverables gave the team an immediately usable system — one that could be handed off to any designer, printer, or platform manager with confidence that the brand would be represented consistently. The brand guide eliminated the guesswork that previously led to inconsistent applications, and the vector logo opened up possibilities for merchandise, signage, advertising, and digital assets that were previously out of reach.
Helion360 approaches brand identity work as a long-term investment in how a business is perceived — and this project reflects that commitment to both technical precision and strategic visual thinking. If your brand is in a similar position, the team is ready to help you build a system that scales with you.
