The Challenge
A fast-growing tech startup needed a consistent, high-quality visual presence on LinkedIn — but had no established design system to support it. Their message was strong, their services were compelling, but their content looked inconsistent and failed to reflect the calibre of the brand they were building. The ask was specific: design LinkedIn posts, carousels, and thumbnails that could communicate complex technical services in a clean, digestible way — while projecting the energy of a modern startup without sacrificing professionalism. The challenge was not just execution speed, but building a visual language from near-scratch that could scale as the team continued publishing.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a lightweight visual framework tailored for LinkedIn's format constraints and audience expectations. Rather than designing individual assets in isolation, the team developed a cohesive visual identity system — covering typography, color usage, iconography, and layout logic — so every piece of content would feel distinctly on-brand regardless of the topic. Carousel slides were structured for scroll-stopping first frames and logical information flow across panels. Thumbnails were optimised for contrast and legibility at small sizes. Single-post graphics were designed to balance visual weight with white space, ensuring the brand felt clean and confident rather than cluttered. Throughout the process, the team worked iteratively with the client to align on tone, refining the aesthetic until it matched the startup's energetic but polished positioning.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a fully production-ready LinkedIn visual content system — including a series of carousel templates, post graphics, and thumbnail formats — all built around a unified design language the startup could apply consistently going forward. The client received assets that were immediately deployable, reducing the time between ideation and publishing to near-zero. More importantly, the brand's LinkedIn presence began to reflect the sophistication of the product and team behind it, giving potential clients and partners a more compelling first impression. The work gave the startup both immediate content output and a repeatable design foundation they could build on.
