The Challenge
An eco-friendly cleaning products company came to us with a clear but demanding brief: design a logo and brand identity that felt genuinely minimal — not just visually spare, but philosophically aligned with the brand's core values of purity, efficiency, and sustainability. The complexity lay in striking the right balance. Too sterile and the brand would feel clinical; too playful and it would undermine the sophistication the client needed to stand out in a crowded green consumer market. The identity also had to work seamlessly across a wide range of touchpoints — social media profiles, product packaging, and website headers — without losing coherence or impact at any scale.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a thorough brand audit and positioning exercise to understand not just what the company sold, but who they were speaking to: environmentally conscious consumers who make deliberate, values-driven purchasing decisions and respond strongly to honest, understated design. From that foundation, three distinct concept directions were developed, each accompanied by a detailed rationale explaining how the visual language connected to the brand's ethos. The first concept leaned into organic geometry — soft, rounded forms referencing natural elements like water and plant life. The second explored a typographic-led approach using refined, open letterforms to communicate clarity and transparency. The third concept used a symbolic mark built around the idea of a clean loop, representing circularity and sustainability in a single, scalable icon. Each direction was presented with color palette, typography pairings, and mockups across packaging and digital formats so the client could evaluate real-world application — not just abstract concepts.
The Outcome
The client selected and refined one of the three concepts into a fully realized brand identity system. The final deliverables included a primary logo, alternate lockups for horizontal and compact formats, a curated color palette anchored in soft naturals and clean whites, a typography system, and a set of brand usage guidelines ensuring consistency across all future applications. The chosen mark communicated simplicity and purpose without sacrificing visual sophistication — exactly what the brand required to earn trust with its target audience. The identity was production-ready across digital and print from day one, giving the team everything they needed to launch confidently across social media, e-commerce packaging, and their website.
