The Challenge
A fast-growing urban startup came to us with a clear ambition but a fragmented visual presence. They needed a designer — and a design system — capable of keeping pace with their rapidly expanding marketing needs across social media, web, and print. The core challenge was not simply creating good-looking assets; it was building a unified visual identity that could flex across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn while remaining instantly recognizable and on-brand. With no established brand guidelines and a small internal team unequipped to manage design at scale, the startup needed a partner who could absorb ambiguity, move fast, and deliver work that was both strategically sound and visually compelling.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by establishing a foundational brand language — defining a logo system, a consistent color palette, and a typographic hierarchy that could translate cleanly across both digital and print formats. Once the core identity was locked in, the team built out platform-specific templates for each social channel, accounting for the unique format requirements, audience behaviors, and visual conventions of each platform. Instagram grid aesthetics, LinkedIn carousel structures, and Facebook ad creatives were each designed with their respective contexts in mind, yet all drew from the same underlying identity system. Web graphics and supporting print assets were developed in parallel, ensuring the brand read consistently whether a customer encountered it on a mobile feed or a physical piece of collateral. Throughout the engagement, the team maintained close communication with the client's internal stakeholders to rapidly iterate based on feedback and adapt to shifting campaign priorities.
The Outcome
The engagement resulted in a comprehensive visual identity system that included a logo suite, brand guidelines document, over 30 platform-optimized social media templates, web graphics, and print-ready collateral. The startup's team was able to immediately deploy the new assets across all active channels, creating a noticeably more cohesive and professional digital presence. The templated approach also gave the internal team the tools to produce on-brand content independently going forward, reducing design bottlenecks and accelerating their content calendar execution.
Helion360 delivers this kind of end-to-end brand design work for startups and growing businesses that need visual systems built with both speed and strategic intent — not just one-off assets.
