The Challenge
The client had already done the hard creative work — they had a compelling logo concept sketched out in Procreate with a clear visual identity in mind. The problem was practical but critical: a Procreate file is a raster-based, app-specific format that cannot be used directly for professional brand applications. It cannot be scaled without quality loss, it is not accepted by most printers or digital platforms in its native state, and it lacks the clean, editable paths that brand implementation demands. The client needed someone who could faithfully interpret that sketch and rebuild it as a true vector graphic, then deliver it in every standard format required across digital and physical use — without losing the character and personality of the original concept.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by carefully analysing the Procreate sketch to understand its visual intent — the shapes, proportions, weight distribution, and stylistic details the client had established. Rather than guessing at ambiguous elements, the team worked to honour the original design while resolving any inconsistencies that would not translate cleanly to a vector environment. The sketch was then fully redrawn in Adobe Illustrator using precise vector paths, ensuring every curve, line, and form was clean, scalable, and production-ready. Once the master vector file was established, the logo was exported across the full suite of required formats — SVG for web and scalability, EPS for print and production vendors, PNG with transparent background for digital placements, and JPEG for general-purpose use. Each format was exported at appropriate resolutions and colour profiles to ensure consistent reproduction across contexts.
The Outcome
The client received a complete, professionally structured logo file package built from their original Procreate concept — fully vectorised and delivered in SVG, EPS, PNG, and JPEG formats. The final files were immediately usable across websites, social media profiles, merchandise, signage, and print materials without any additional processing or conversion. What had been an unusable sketch locked inside a tablet app became a versatile, scalable brand asset ready for deployment across every channel the business needed. The client's brand identity, which had existed only as a concept, was now a fully realised and technically sound visual mark.
Helion360 regularly supports founders and brand teams at this critical transition point — turning creative concepts into technically correct, production-ready assets that work everywhere they need to. See how we've helped other teams with multi-format logo file delivery.
