The Challenge
A fashion brand preparing to launch its summer collection needed a print-ready transparent logo that could be applied cleanly across a range of t-shirt colorways. The challenge was not simply removing a background — it required preserving the visual integrity of the brand mark while ensuring the logo would complement vibrant fabric colors without clashing or losing legibility. The existing reference was supplied as a JPEG, a format that does not natively support transparency, meaning the artwork had to be carefully reconstructed and optimised for apparel production. The final file also needed to reflect the brand's identity through its initials or a short tagline, making aesthetic judgment just as important as technical execution.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by analysing the reference JPEG to understand the existing brand language — its color palette, typography weight, and proportional balance. The logo was rebuilt as a vector asset, allowing clean scalability regardless of print size or shirt dimension. The background was eliminated and the mark refined so that it would sit seamlessly on both light and dark fabric tones. Typography and iconography were tightened to ensure the initials and tagline hierarchy remained clear at small print scales. The final files were exported in formats suitable for screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, and digital mockups, giving the client full flexibility across production methods.
The Outcome
The client received a polished, fully transparent logo file ready for immediate use across the summer collection. The artwork was delivered in multiple export formats — including PNG with alpha channel and vector SVG — ensuring compatibility with any print vendor or internal design workflow. The refined mark maintained the brand's identity while giving the production team the clean, adaptable asset they needed to move forward confidently with the collection launch. Helion360 delivered the final files with revisions incorporated, keeping the project on schedule ahead of the seasonal deadline.
