Adding to the complexity, the workflow needed to accommodate OBS-sourced footage alongside After Effects post-production, requiring a technically fluent approach from intake to final export.
Our Approach

Each video was treated as its own narrative unit rather than a templated asset. Dynamic captions were crafted to match the energy of the speaker, using kinetic text animations that complemented the tone — punchy where the content was bold, clean and minimal where the message required clarity. B-roll was sourced and cut to support key talking points, giving the viewer something visually engaging to connect with during longer spoken segments. Motion graphic overlays were designed in After Effects to add branded transitions, callout animations, and lower-thirds that reinforced the content's key messages without overshadowing the original footage. The OBS recordings were pre-processed to normalize quality before being brought into the edit pipeline, ensuring a consistent baseline across the full batch.
