The Challenge
FlameRite, an eco-friendly automotive startup, came to us with a time-sensitive branding challenge ahead of a major product line launch. The brand's visual identity centered on a minimalist logo — an olive branch intertwined with the letters 'FIRE' — designed to communicate both sustainability and fire safety. The client needed this logo faithfully recreated with the company name 'FlameRite' integrated seamlessly into the design. Simultaneously, they required a full set of custom name and number plates for their fleet vehicles, each plate needing to reflect the brand aesthetic while remaining functional, legible, and durable enough for outdoor use across varying weather conditions. With a two-week deadline and a launch event on the horizon, there was no room for iteration delays or misaligned creative direction.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by conducting a thorough brand audit of FlameRite's existing visual elements to understand the minimalist design language, color palette, and symbolic intent behind the olive branch and typographic mark. The logo recreation process focused on preserving the original symbolism while refining the execution — ensuring vector precision, clean scalability, and tight integration of the 'FlameRite' wordmark. For the fleet plates, the team developed three distinct design directions for each plate type — logo plates, name plates, and number plates — giving the client clear, comparable options rather than a single interpretation. Each direction balanced brand consistency with the practical requirements of outdoor-grade printing: high contrast for legibility, weather-resistant material specifications, and layout compliance for vehicle registration standards. Feedback rounds were structured tightly to stay within the two-week window without compromising the quality of any deliverable.
The Outcome
The project delivered a fully recreated FlameRite logo in scalable vector format, complete with the integrated wordmark and refined olive branch illustration. Three design options were produced for each of the three plate types — nine plate concepts in total — giving the client meaningful creative choice without decision fatigue. All fleet plate designs were prepared as print-ready files optimized for high-quality outdoor materials, with specifications clearly noted for the production vendor. The final visual identity system gave FlameRite a visually unified presence across both digital touchpoints and physical fleet vehicles, arriving on schedule and ready for the product launch event.
