The Challenge
An early-stage eco-friendly lifestyle startup came to us with a logo that no longer reflected where their brand was heading. The mark they had felt unpolished and lacked the visual confidence needed to compete in a crowded sustainability space. Making matters more complex, the startup needed two distinct logo assets — a refined primary logo and a secondary version optimized for merchandise and social media — all while operating on a lean budget and a tight timeline. The challenge was not just fixing what existed, but building a small but coherent visual system that could grow with the brand without requiring a full rebrand down the line.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing logo to identify what was salvageable and what needed to be reworked. The core concept and color story were worth preserving, but the execution — line weight, proportions, and typography — required a complete refinement pass to bring it up to a modern standard. Once the primary mark was locked in, the team developed a secondary logo variant designed to function in tighter, more dynamic contexts: circular badge formats for merchandise, condensed versions for social media profile images, and high-contrast layouts that remained legible at small sizes. Throughout both directions, the green color palette was deepened and made more intentional, moving from a generic environmental aesthetic to a mark that felt deliberate and ownable. Typography choices were aligned across both versions to ensure visual consistency regardless of where each logo appeared.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered two fully production-ready logo files — a refined primary logo and a secondary dynamic mark — along with color-coded exports sized for both digital and print use. The primary logo now reads cleanly across web, pitch decks, and branded documents, while the secondary mark has already been applied across the startup's social media profiles and initial merchandise prototypes. The client received a cohesive dual-logo system that gives them visual flexibility without sacrificing brand coherence, positioning the startup to make a strong first impression well before a full brand kit is needed.
Helion360 regularly supports early-stage brands that need professional-grade visual assets without the overhead of a full agency engagement — if that describes where you are, the complete brand identity system the team is ready to help.
