When a brand is preparing to launch across digital channels, the very first visual a new audience encounters carries enormous weight. This client had an existing logo they were proud of, but it existed only as a static asset — flat, motionless, and unable to communicate the energy and direction of their new brand identity. They needed a short, punchy animated intro that could serve as the opening statement for their digital presence: something that would work equally well on social media, website headers, video content, and promotional materials. The complexity lay not just in animating a logo, but in interpreting the brand's tone and vision — capturing a "new direction" feel without a fully defined brand language to draw from yet.
Our Approach
Helion360 began by auditing the existing logo assets and holding a discovery session with the client to understand the intended brand personality, target audience, and the platforms where the intro would be most frequently deployed. From there, the team developed a motion concept that respected the original logo mark while adding purposeful, layered animation — building in a sequence that felt intentional rather than decorative. The animation was designed with a clean reveal structure: entrance, hold, and exit timing were calibrated to suit both short-form social content and longer video openers. Colour treatment, easing curves, and sound-sync readiness were all considered during the production phase to ensure the final file could be dropped into any digital context without rework. Multiple export formats were prepared to support use across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and web-based video embeds.
The Outcome
The client received a polished 2D animated logo intro that successfully set the visual tone for their brand launch. The animation communicated momentum and professionalism from the first frame, making it immediately deployable across their planned digital touchpoints. Delivered as platform-ready export files with transparent background variants and fixed-background versions, the asset gave the client maximum flexibility for reuse across ongoing campaigns.
