The Challenge
GreenGlow, a fast-growing eco-friendly products startup, came to us with a clear but demanding brief: translate a deeply held sustainability ethos into a cohesive, professional visual identity from the ground up. The brand had no established logo, no icon language, and no visual system to unify its growing product line and digital presence. The challenge was not simply aesthetic — it required understanding the nuanced emotional vocabulary of the sustainability space, avoiding clichés like overused leaf motifs or generic green palettes, while creating something genuinely distinctive and scalable across multiple touchpoints including packaging, social media, and video graphics. The startup's rapid growth meant there was urgency, and the design had to function as a long-term brand asset, not a quick fix.
Our Approach
Helion360 began with a brand discovery phase to understand GreenGlow's mission, competitive landscape, and target audience. This informed a moodboarding and concept direction process where multiple visual territories were explored before a primary direction was selected. The logo design was developed as a vector-based system with primary, secondary, and icon-mark variants to ensure flexibility across digital and print applications. In parallel, a custom icon library was built from scratch — each icon drawn in a consistent geometric style that echoed the logo's language and reinforced the eco-conscious identity. The icon set covered product categories, brand values, and UI needs. Video graphics guidelines were also produced to ensure the brand translated fluidly into motion contexts, including animated intro sequences and lower-third templates aligned with the overall system.
The Outcome
The engagement delivered a complete brand identity package for GreenGlow, including a primary logo suite with full-color, monochrome, and reversed variants, a bespoke icon library of over 30 custom icons in SVG and PNG formats, and a set of video graphics assets ready for production use. The visual system provided the startup with a professional, instantly recognizable identity that communicates their sustainability values without relying on overused conventions. GreenGlow's team received a brand that could scale confidently as the business expanded into new product lines and digital channels.
